Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains what personal data Physical AI Atlas (“we”, “the Atlas”) collects, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to the website at physicalai.mauriziocaporali.info.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Maurizio Caporali. For any privacy question or request you can write to info@mauriziocaporali.info.

What we collect and why

1. Account data (when you sign in with Google). We use Google as the only sign-in method. When you sign in, Google shares with us:

We use this only to (a) authenticate you, (b) credit you as a contributor when a company you submitted is approved, and (c) contact you about your submissions if needed. We never receive your Google password.

2. Submission data. When you submit a company, we store the information you enter (such as company name, website, location, category, funding and any notes), linked to your account so we can attribute the contribution. Approved company details become publicly visible on the Atlas.

3. Usage data (analytics). We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymous traffic (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). This helps us improve the Atlas. We do not use it to identify individuals.

Legal basis (GDPR)

Cookies

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We rely on a few processors strictly to run the service:

How long we keep it

We keep your account and submission data for as long as your account exists or as needed to maintain the Atlas. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time — see below. Approved company entries are factual catalogue records and may be retained without personal identifiers.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

To exercise any of these, email info@mauriziocaporali.info. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
